Terms & Conditions — 1111bet User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and 1111bet (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 1111bet online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://1111bet.casa and all associated services, games, promotions, and features.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the 1111bet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement, as well as any supplementary policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published at the time of a promotion.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and must not create or maintain an account on 1111bet. Continued use of the platform following any notification of amendments to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 1111bet, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Be at least 21 years of age. 1111bet strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement. Any User found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point shall have their Account immediately suspended and all deposits returned, with no winnings paid.
• Be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, or other legal entities may not register as Users.
• Not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence or access.
• Maintain only one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout the duration of Account ownership. Any material misrepresentation constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 1111bet, or an immediate family member of such a person.

To create an Account on 1111bet, a User must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing at minimum: a unique username, a valid email address, a secure password, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. All fields must be completed truthfully.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

All Account Holders are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation may also be requested at registration, upon any change to account details, or at the Operator's discretion at any time.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Malaysian IC (MyKad) — front and back copies
• Valid international passport — photo page

4.2 Account Security

Users must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access.

All deposits on 1111bet are transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow (Bank Negara Malaysia's real-time transfer system)
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating banks under the Financial Process Exchange network
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallets and RM50 for bank transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent to approximately RM100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

1111bet does not charge deposit fees. However, third-party processing fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network are the User's responsibility. Users must only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned upon identification.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Account Holders whose accounts are KYC-verified and in good standing, and whose account balance reflects cleared, withdrawable funds free from any active wagering requirement obligations.

6.1 Processing Times

• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, FPX): typically 30 minutes to 3 business hours
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20): typically 15–60 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation

Processing times stated above are estimates under normal operating conditions. 1111bet does not guarantee these timeframes and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or blockchain network congestion.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

A withdrawal request will only be processed where the following conditions are met:

• The Account Holder has completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of 1111bet.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds have been fully satisfied.
• The requested amount does not exceed the Account's available daily or monthly withdrawal limit applicable to the User's account tier.
• The Account is in good standing with no outstanding disputes, pending investigations, or compliance flags.
• The nominated withdrawal method matches the name and details of the registered Account Holder.

1111bet reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed threshold amounts or that trigger automated risk assessment flags. During such checks, the relevant funds may be temporarily held pending satisfactory verification.

1111bet offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus principles set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Principles

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10×, 15×, 20×) is specified in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, bonus-derived funds are not available for withdrawal.
• While bonus funds are active in an Account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per hand — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Bets exceeding this cap while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%. Table games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate of 10–20%. The exact contribution table for each promotion is disclosed in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses are subject to an expiry window. Bonus funds and any derived winnings that have not been withdrawn within the stated validity period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from activation) will be automatically forfeited.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 1111bet reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and withhold any pending withdrawal pending investigation.

All wagers placed on 1111bet are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific, game-specific, or event-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Wager Acceptance: A wager is only confirmed and accepted once the Platform issues a bet confirmation with a unique transaction reference number. No verbal, email, or chat-based wager instruction constitutes a confirmed bet.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per wager and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Limits may vary by game type, event, market, and User account tier.
• Odds: All sports betting odds are expressed in decimal format unless otherwise specified. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmed bet acceptance are the odds that apply to the wager.
• Void Bets: 1111bet reserves the right to void any wager placed on incorrect or erroneous odds arising from pricing errors, data feed failures, or manifest error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's account balance.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the Operator's discretion, particularly during key moments of a sporting event. Wagers placed prior to a suspension are valid unless affected by a manifest pricing error.
• Final Scores and Results: For sports betting purposes, results are determined based on the official outcome as published by the relevant governing body. 1111bet accepts no responsibility for results derived from unofficial sources.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1111bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under any identity, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to interact with the Platform outside of its intended normal use.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, technical vulnerabilities, or system glitches — any such exploitation must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially motivated criminal activity.
• Depositing funds using payment methods not registered in the Account Holder's own name.

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publishing any Platform content without express written authorisation from 1111bet.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content or software.

• Using the 1111bet name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of the Operator's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1111bet and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, any part of the Platform or its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether or not such events are within the Operator's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors, delays, or failures in the transmission of data between your device and the Platform's servers, including those caused by third-party internet service providers.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers that result in delays or failures in processing your deposits or withdrawals.
• The outcome of any wager, game result, or sporting event.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

1111bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any supplementary policy.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• The Account Holder being identified as under the age of 21.
• A court order or direction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The Account Holder having voluntarily requested self-exclusion.

13.1 Account Closure by User

Account Holders may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 1111bet support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any unsatisfied bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account Holder's nominated payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

1111bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice, subject to the publication of the revised terms on this page with an updated effective date. It is the User's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure awareness of any changes.

Continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of those amended Terms. Where a material change is made, 1111bet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users access the Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws in their jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising between a User and 1111bet, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Users may contact our support team in the first instance. If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution process as determined by the Operator.
